Can you visit our office or location?

Absolutely. I'm based in Prestons but I work across all of Greater Sydney and I'm always open to travelling further for the right job. Most of my shoots happen on location — your office, your workspace, wherever makes sense for you.

Where is your studio based?

My studio is based in Prestons, Sydney. If you'd prefer a different location or a hired studio space, that's also an option, just let me know and we can organise something that works. Studio hire costs would be passed on to you at cost.

What if I dont like my photos?

I shoot tethered to a laptop where possible, which means you can see the images as we go and we can make adjustments as we go. This ensures you are happy with your images!

Do you provide high resolution photos to print?

Yes, all images are delivered as high resolution files, suitable for print, web, social media and advertising.

About Me

Karem Nunez

I'm Karem Nunez, a Sydney photographer specialising in headshots and branding photography for professionals, business owners and their teams.

I come from a corporate background, so I understand the environments my clients work in and what's actually at stake when it comes to how they present themselves professionally.

I'm a serial networker, I've been in BNI for over four years and I'm active across multiple chambers of commerce in Sydney and various other networking groups. Most of my clients find me through referrals, which suits me perfectly because I work best when there's already a level of trust.

Every session is relaxed and unhurried. I don't put people straight in front of the lens — I take time to get the conversation going, find some common ground, and make sure everyone's actually comfortable before we start shooting. Some of my best shots happen right after someone's had a laugh.

How I work

Every shoot is different.

I don't rush. I don't book shoots back to back. When we're working together, that time is yours and I'd rather take an extra ten minutes to get the shot right than wrap up early because I've got somewhere else to be.

I shoot tethered to a laptop where possible, so you can see the images as we go. No surprises, no waiting, you know exactly what you're getting before we're done.

I work with a lot of people who aren't comfortable in front of a camera. That's not a problem, it's pretty much the norm for alot of people. Part of my job is making sure that by the time we start shooting, you've forgotten you were nervous.

And I try to make it fun. A shoot doesn't have to be serious just because the photos are professional. Some of my best shots come right after someone's had a laugh — that's when people look most like themselves.
